It's been said that HISTORY is written by the winners, but I was wondering if this is true for our story, our experiences are told by ourselves as winners or as losers?
And if it's told by the winner in that story is it ourselves? or is been told by the person that we were in that moment, with all the preconceptions of ourselves within the environment that we were in the moment with all baggage that we carried around in that precise moment?
Were we ourselves back then or we were just a mirror of our environment, trying to portrait what was wanted from us by our peers, family, and society?
is retelling our story in the current position with the current decolonization and work on ourselves a tool to relieve us from our baggage and pain, created by those preconceptions and expectations of our social environment and media persuasion?
